Our quality is guaranteed. If you feel that the material does not meet high and professional standards, we will give you a credit that may be used by any member of your staff at any of our seminars within twelve months. Or we'll refund your fee - you make the choice.
The same applies if you do not get the results you expected at your next show. If you follow our suggestions and if you feel that results were not what you expected, we offer the same policy - come again or request a refund. And it's up to you to decide if you did as we suggested.
